Dr Parvez

Dr Parvez joins Ballarat Family Dental as a General Dentist with a thoughtful, patient-first approach to care. Combining clinical skill with a strong understanding of how a dental practice works for its patients, he is committed to making every visit comfortable, clear and genuinely worthwhile.

Dr Parvez has more than a decade of experience in dentistry, including over five years in general practice before he relocated to Australia. He went on to complete a Master of Health and Human Services Management at Deakin University and spent four years in management roles with Pacific Smiles Group. That experience gave him a deep appreciation of what great patient experience looks like from every angle.

After passing the Australian Dental Council licensing examinations in December 2024, Dr Parvez has been practising as a General Dentist since April 2025, most recently in Bairnsdale. He is also completing a one-year General Dental Residency (CertClinDent, due November 2026), where he is learning contemporary approaches to general dentistry and continuing to refine his clinical skills.

Dr Parvez’s patients benefit from a gentle, careful and well-explained approach, with treatment plans tailored to their individual needs and long-term oral health.

His clinical interests include:

• Comprehensive examinations and treatment planning: a thorough, clearly explained plan so you always know what to expect and why.

• Restorative dentistry: natural-looking, long-lasting fillings and crowns that restore the function of your teeth.

• Cosmetic dentistry: veneers and smile-enhancing treatments that improve the look of your teeth and your confidence.

• Root canal treatment: careful, comfortable treatment to save teeth and relieve pain.

• Extractions: gentle care when a tooth can’t be saved.

Dr Parvez combines modern dental techniques with a caring, personalised approach, so each patient receives results that are both functional and beautifully natural.

Outside of the clinic, Dr Parvez is a devoted family man who loves spending time with his wife and daughter. He enjoys exploring Australia’s coastline, with Lorne and Torquay among his favourite spots and the quiet Breamlea Beach near Geelong his personal favourite. He is excited to explore Ballarat and the surrounding region while helping local families improve their oral health.
